Voting Rights in the Bush Era

In today's NYT's there is an on point editorial on the fate of voting rights in the Bush era Justice department (the one which is supposed to PROTECT minority voting rights). The editorial accuses the department head of bigotry and the department taken over by idealogues who are denying voting rights to minorities, the poor and other democratic voters.
