Frightening thought that powerful men attract women and powerful women repel men. But all too often we see how that comes through loud and clear and women at the top (of their work life) can be extrememly lonely.
looking at the last 45 years, women have come very far but men stall somewhere as women strive for the top. Ambition in women isn't an accepted trait in most areas of our society. The change is far too slow.
